We believe these Conditions, Policies and Terms will inform you of the way we conduct business at our website and at Liberty Street Games, Inc. Liberty Street Games Inc., and its subsidiaries operate and manage our website.

Read the following conditions, policies, and Terms carefully before you begin using this website. You unconditional accept the conditions, policies and terms stated herein by using this website. Please do not use this website if you do not accept these terms.

1. PAYMENTS:
We value your security and use a secure site to process all of your payments.
2. METHOD OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
We accept bank and major credit card payments through Paypal.com
3. ORDER PROCESSING / FULLFILMENT:
Liberty Street Games is committed to providing fast reliable service and processes your order within 3 business days.
While we try to ensure that only in-stock items are available to order there are occasions when some merchandise may be oversold. You will be notified if an item is unavailable for immediate shipment with an estimate on when you will receive your product.
We make every effort to ship all products ordered to a single address at the same time. If the occasion arise that we need to send out part of an order separately there will be no additional cost to the customer.
4. SHIPPING CARRIER:
Liberty Street Games uses FedEx Ground Shipping for all orders placed with in the Continental United States. For orders shipped outside the continental United States we use the USPS.
5. TRACKING NUMBERS:
Tracking Numbers provided for FedEx Ground Shipping and will be emailed out to the buyer when the order is shipped. Tracking Numbers for the USPS are not available.
6. SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping is free for those packages being shipped with the Continental United States. All other destinations are required to pay a shipping charge.
7. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
For all orders placed in the Continental United States orders take up to 3 business days to process and will arrive via FedEx Ground 3 days later. For order shipped outside the Continental United States, shipped via USPS shipping time will vary depending upon Destination.
8. OVERNIGHT DELIVERY:
Overnight Delivery is available for an additional charge. Please contact us at info@bailoutthegame subject: overnight shipping. Include the items you like to purchase and the address where they need to be sent. We will gladly accommodate your request. We will send you back a quote for the shipping and will process your overnight shipping request once we have received a confirmation from you.
9. DELIVERY ADDRESS INFORMATION:
When we receive an order it will be sent to the address that the purchaser provided. Please make sure that when you place your order that you enter your shipping address properly. If your shipping address is incorrect and we send a product out to the wrong address because of an improperly entered address we will charge you the buyer the additional shipping costs to deliver the product to you. If you notice a mistake in the shipping address notify us immediately and if we have not already sent out your product there will be no charge to correct the mistake in the address.
We are unable to ship our products to a P.O. Box.
10. GUARANTEES/RETURNS:

Any unopened, unwanted merchandise may be returned to us in it original packaging for a refund minus the actual shipping charges within 7 days of receiving the package.

Any orders that the customer “Refuses” that are returned to us will be charged a fee of $10.95 for return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.


Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective merchandise or a shipping error. All returns must include an order number and purchaser name.
In the event that a product arrives to you and it is damaged, it is your responsibility to notify us of these damages within 7 days from the date you received your product. If we receive your notification within that 7-day period we will replace the item you purchased at no additional charge to you.  Our policy is to replace the damaged items; however, we reserve the right to issue you a full refund instead of replacing the damaged item.  We also reserve the right not to pay to ship back to us any damaged items.
